Diane Szittai & Cutler Real Estate initially listed our home with an extra lot attached for a single transaction, as one. Once we had an offer to purchase the lot with the home separately from the extra lot, we did move ahead with two separate transactions. Throughout this process and the very unique circumstances which developed with each, some of which were difficult to deal with, Diane was steadfast and proved to be extremely effective in her support.
